In addition to a number of changes to the virtualization engine, file associations and links are now possible for the first time, and can be configured during the virtualization process.
The user interface can thus be adjusted. In addition to improved usability, the compatibility of Evalaze has been significantly improved. This increases the number of applications that can be made virtual, such as Microsoft® Office 2007/2010, Safari®, Google Chrome®, or Gimp®, just to name a few.

An additional major development compared to version 1.0 was the increased speed of the virtualization engine. The virtualized applications now start significantly faster than in version 1.0.
