aOP scan with dialog; View entries in list format, delete entries, set scan on join on or off with a check box (scans gatekeeper to see if they are in aOP list and messages them if they are). Built in clone prot. Add/Remove users to aOP through nicklist. Users on aOP can use `scan to scan room for other aOP users or `q to be ownered.
