Vincula Rage 2 is now completely ocxless. More security has been added as well as "Chat Guardian" which edits out words you want it to look for.

This time, Vincula Rage is modded from Vincula Rage (v4.9) by eXonyte and modded by err0r. So, thanks goes out to err0r for his hard work in what he contributed to Vincula.

Also added is a completely new way the mirc nicklist is supported. It shows host, and owner status to the right of the nicknames on the list by showing (Owner) for owners, and (Host) for hosts. The nicknames are also colored according to status.
