DCX Studio for mIRC

Addon to make using the DCX.dll much easier. A must have for people who are now using the dcx.dll. It's still an ongoing project so check often for updates.

- added noauto to toolbars on the left of dcxstudio to prevent flickering

- fixed bug with docked dialogs on dcxtest dialog not being marked
- fixed flicking of properties dialog when recreating controls

- added datetime control to studio (but no support for styles, etc)
