The problems you will probably receive if you update mirc on Kenobi is the docking etc. It's a simple dll change. The toolbar may differ also because it's a little different between the mirc versions

No, he means like a remote command, so when he types .access providing he is on the Admin list or whatever he calls it, his script will message the room all the access entries.
