It's a specific setting you'll have to dig around a bit for (I think it's in IM Security-->Settings-->Advanced. At least thats the last place I recall seeing it, but Im sure ZA hasnt changed that much since Ive stopped using it).

Dunno much about Vincula anymore, but does it still use the regsvr command to reg. the ocx/cracked ocx files? Maybe your comps having an issue regging them when Vincula starts, missing the regsvr32.exe file will probably cause mIRC to cr...
