you can just use any connection for buzzen/spcn to work there all you would need to do is edit the connection ip address and port for the proper server

That was actually something built into the servers that mapped the kill/gline command to a service bot. I use to have one designed for mirc that worked on IRCd but i don't know if i have it anymore I will see what i can find and go from...

I've never liked security essentials. Every system I've ever installed it on lags out. As soon as i remove it the system runs fine again. My current security suite consists of Eset Smart Security and Malwarebytes.

Depends on the setup your using. Anope services will do this with the /cs set persist and /cs set noexpire command. Eggdrop is your next best bet to perform this, as they are meant to be run from a shell and would have a constant connect...

Will you stop spamming your chat everywhere when it doesn't even work. Your site doesn't resolve nor does the IRC. Get your stuff working first before spamming it anywhere.

unfortinitly ping timeouts are a fact of life for irc. Not much you can do about them. Pending on the server settings your connecting to you can create a ping timer to ping the server every xx seconds...The odd time i've had to use that...
