Well when the nicks get too far over it looks pretty....bleh. This is when you snip the nicks. Get rid of the end of the nicks. Simple enough.
registry.dll is used to retrieve (or write I think) information to the registry on your system. These are used on MSN script to get the owner and host keys since this is where MSN's OCX stores the keys. I suggest not removing this.
Putting a dot before any command in mIRC will silence it. Just for further reference

hmm... I usually use ChanServ. :\ I think this is Auspice(sp) services... /cs SET #Channel JOIN ON This makes ChanServ join the channel and stay in there I do believe.
