if your using kenobi , then look in vincula options, there is a place to paste it
if your using vincula as your conection , go to main dialog , options tab and tick "decode incoming text"
its been fine for me, had no problems with vincula at all
you make the things for 800x600 and tell it to load those instead which really , should only bee the window sizes and nicklist
btw on some of the font choices $strip wont work , as it doesnt use those chrs what vincula does , is leave some invisible chrs infront of the first word eg lets say # is the invisible chr this means the following would look like...

If i remember hybrid doesnt use mdx , thats why your getting the error. You need to creat a folder called dlls and put mdx.dll in it and it will work.
