no its not free, only some of the official msn rooms are free you pay to chat in user created rooms
yes, go back and do it correctly
the one before the group name is your reg cookie and one after the group name is the user role
open a script and after its been open about 10 seconds type /msn.msnocx if you have the normal msn ocx , this will register it so you can join chat.
if you whisper them onjoin , it should return a ctcpreply(i think) you can then set it to send message to room
