When you open mIRC you go to => vieuw =>options => irc => options => Hide Ping? pong! event! and select it ! ^^

I think you should use a decode for the nickname cause some nick are very hard to type , and if you want to leave a msg to a person with mostly alt characters it would be dificult :s

I assume that you're a guide on your chatserver , so you might can use privmsg $nick blabla privmsg $nick blabla if you're a guide they can't ignore your whisper.
