The alias msn.ifdecode tells the script to use the alias msn.decode if the decode messeages are ticked. The alias msn.decode does the actual decoding.

I just now tested with Vincula. Vincula will message the room with the arabic text, but it won't show the arabic text on the mirc for some reason. I'll do sme more tests, and try to help you if I can.
