Hey Gwen. Nice to see you here again. for the $color switches I only know of a few (kick) (info) (info2). However, instead of using the $color you can just place numerics there instead, and you'd get more colors such as this code here....

You can do it either way. However if you save it you will have to load it into your script /load -rs advertise.mrc ...I just used advertise.mrc as an example. You can name it anything you want, though.

Kenobi is good, too. However, the best thing I like about gd5 is that it is easy to get updates through GuardDoctor. No other script that I know of does this, and tgk keeps on top of all the updates.

GuardDog5 also does this. Just right click in the nicklist, and choose "Find User", then either click on "by name", "by gate", or "by connection tag".
