on koach's i would just use mirc's built in "favorites" room joiner unless you had some reason not to
i can't remember what exactly i saw but i'm pretty sure it was a mirc addon that would click no on the auto restart popup.. it either clicked it or stopped it , i don't really remember. I only read the description of it.. prolly on mircs...

sounds like mode lock is on.. does your chatcore give a custom address for users using it. Check to see if that is banned in some form from the server.
