That won't work on Buzzen. Buzzen only allows who on channel and only works on channels you are in. Buzzen does not allow who command on users. There is currently no server related command to search buzzen for a user unless you are staff.

on buzzen it requires raw whisper unless it is somehow converted in the connection.

nick wouldn't be OP on join.. they have to join then get their status. On Join would check too fast.. You would be better off using Levels to check for owner and host on join
