if it doesn't work2 be sure from u r not ignor CTCP from ur script press Alt+B and be sure from that the box of Control tab (List Type: ignore) is empty from ignores

i couldn't get it right so its already will set the room for over +3 on joining or +2 on part and kick so do u wanna it by command to stop limit and lock the room or wt exactly ?!

In order for Vincula to update you need the nHTMLn_2.92.dll, registry.dll, and the rest of the dlls that came with Vincula Rage for it to work properly LOL warrior i deleted them last step i got bored tried alot and still not working j...
