Questions, Im New

ok, im very new here and i have been reading posts and and seems that many of users here have their own custom ircx server and i wonder why they aren't available for the public, also im wondering how to make a client like vsixc or buzzer, what do i need?

Do you mean custom scripts? Most of us don't have a 'server'. The server is what you connect to. E.g. Koach.com, Buzzen, VSIXc, Phreik, etc... We make scripts through the mIRC scripting language. See here-> http://www.mirc.com/

Yeah, i mean servers

To make a server that people actually connect to, you're going to need to have a good knowledge of a programming language such as C++ to make one. That or you could get OfficeIRC --> http://ircxpro.com/products/default.asp?product=server
