I downloaded the msn chat control, then opened and edited it with visual studio.
I changed some of the strings (text) file only. The strings that I changed has nothing to do with the publisher or anything in that aspect.
I recompiled it back into the .cab file and then uploaded it to the server.
When it came time to prompt it to install, it came up "publisher not found". It seems like internet explorer has blocked it because it does not recognize the activex control.
Is there any way to make it so it is recognized? Then anyone can install it.
