I am trying to find some add-ons for my IRCd Server and also I am tracking down an IRCd Chat Bot anyone have any ideas?

What do you want as viper tho? Protections? Trivia (if Viper does it)? Bot chats? Funny kicks?

i think viper has an addon so it will connect to irc servers aswell as msn or if it hasnt , its coming out soon

LOL there not that hard to make in mirc u no unless u r looking for a exe bot ive had experiece with both ircx and ircd LOL cand the both seem pritty easy to make bots for

in about 2-3 weeks ill be releasing a "viper-like" bot for ircd, its designed for use on an unreal server but should/may work on other servers

Download a fresh copy of Mirc as your base for the Bot (in this case script seeing as it MIRC)

then flick through the Scripter Tools Download section to see if anything else is needed.

Suggestion is dialog studio for to make dialogs (Buttons usually or menu's) for menus and buttons within the Script.

MDX studio & MDX.dll are also useful for say making the dialogs look better.

The above are the starters for building your script. If you get stuck, you can also (for example) download other scripts to see how they are layed out and what they got in them. Its advisable not to rip (make someone else's work look like your own) as many creators get annoyed at such a thing (understandably)

For a "bot" on the other hand i got no idea what you need as a basis but i nuderstand you need some form of c+ programming or something familiar.

I don't know what the OP meant originally, but eggdrop should work well as an automated bot that you can stick on your IRC server.

I want a VB or something like EXE Program for me to use to connect to an IRC Server and chat I wanna be able to use Resource Hacker as well to edit the smileys and icons in it

Oh. Try HydraIRC, it's better than anyone can throw together in VB in the timeframe you're proposing.

everybody is into that ircd stuff o.O

try Stormbot, or Dreambot, both are mIRC, have SOOO much dialogs and crap crammed into it, that it is slightly simliar to Viper, which i dunno about now days, but like it was about 3 years ago.
