new Viper dll

ok try this new connection dll, thisone can easily connect you to groups or chat without too much hastle, all you need to to is tick the option group or chat in the little server window. No need to worry about the ip in your Chat.html thats all automated.

I also build in a grabber for groups and chat, so its supposed to pop up when your info is outdated, if it all works you wont be needing vgrabber anymore.

Lets hope there is not a bug in it (I have only tested it myself)

Well after testing for awhile, I found a lot errors... like you cant get the user list, ip grabber protection dont work, when you try to change the topic it says your not an owner, no such channel and you get an "no permission to perfom command" pop on your screen, I think it still need work lol It look like it think your an spec or something

OK i tried it, it worked ok, but viper became very unstable and kept disconnecting, so im back the manual and its fine again.

Its an excellent idea if anyone does want to follow up on it im happy to test
