Icon Licensing
Almost all of the icons* on this site are available to use commercially royalty-free** as application icons, in toolbars, on web sites, in print etc.
They can be supplied in a variety of formats (e.g. .png, .jpg, .psd, .gif etc.), sizes & resolutions
I also have many more icons available that aren't released on this web site. If you don't see what you need feel free to contact me. I can also modify them so suit your needs along with creating custom icons.
The icons are free for personal use but must not be used anywhere else (in software, on web sites, in themes etc.) without agreeing terms first.
Warning! Icon licensing is only available for commercial use. Please don't send emails asking to use the icons for free.

When enquiring please try to provide as much information as possible:
Name: Yours & your company's name.
Email address: Either your email address or your company's email address.
Web site address: If applicable.
Which icons/icon sets? How many icons or full icon sets you'd like to use.
Where would you like to use the icons? E.g. in software, on a web site, in print etc.
Other details : State what the software is for (what is does) & what it's called, What the web sites is for etc.

(I receive a large amount of emails every day, so may not be able to respond right away. I will reply as soon as possible).
Warning! **Royalty free doesn't mean free. It means you pay once to use them, you don't have to keep paying royalties (e.g. once a year).
*The XP Folders icons aren't available to use commercially. These are made using MS Windows XP folders & various other MS icons. These are just meant for personal use. If you need icons like these we can make new icons, very similar to those to represent the same subject.

This is a legal agreement between You, the purchaser, and FOOOD's Icons (http://www.foood.net/'>http://www.foood.net/). By purchasing these icons, you agree to be bound by the following terms of this agreement.
All ownership and copyright of these licensed icons remain the property of FOOOD's Icons (http://www.foood.net/) during the entire duration of their use by the purchaser. FOOOD's Icons grants to you non-exclusive, non sub-licensable right to use the icons royalty-free according to the license terms for any personal or commercial design project. You may also display the icons in related documentation, help files, and advertising materials.
You may modify the icons in shape, colour, and/or file format and use the modified icons royalty-free according to the license terms for any for any personal or commercial design project. You may also display the modified icons in related documentation, help files, and advertising materials.
You may not sell, lease, license, sub-license or redistribute these icons or a subset of the icons, or any modified icons to any third party unless they are incorporated into your own software or design products, which do not compete directly with FOOOD's Icons stock icon collections.
All icon files are provided "As is" without warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. You agree to hold FOOOD's Icons harmless for any result that may occur during the course of using, or inability to use these licensed icons or images in this set.
This License Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. No choice of law rules of any other jurisdiction will apply.
