Problems with the VinculaTG

Hi, i downloaded the vinculatg, but when i try to update, I get "Please highlight a group in the groups box, or un-tick the user role box." and a notice in the script saying

[19:08] Error: Group list failed

so my question is, how do i "put" a group in the groups box? so i can get the cookies from it and connect to it?

are you using a @hotmail or @msn.

if you are not , then it will fail

ok then i have a problem, since i have a nick i only can use on msn with msnregcookie, and i have it reg'ed to on of my e-mail accounts from my local isp. or is it any other way to get my "Sysop_Looplog" in, without useing msnregcookie, and then use another account?

unless your msn staff then you shouldnt be trying to use a SYSOP nick on msn

and you MUST us a @hotmail. or @msn. emaol with the tg vincula and the tg grabber

Okay, sorry, I've another problem (didn't want to start a new topic) or rather a question or request.

I'll say first hand that I can never seem to be able to change my screen name---it'll show up in my profile properly...but not when i join group chat. But okay, I'm not even sure if this has anything to do with my Vinculatg and no longer allowing me to choose any Screennames I want to use. I'm not completely sure what's causing the problem, everything's running along smoothly, I can enter group chats, but with my profile name---I can't pick. If I do, it'll show up with my profile screenname anyways. Any suggestions on how to "fix" it? Thanks in advanced.

untick the box for msn reg cookie then ya name will be what ever is set in the script

what about for the SN that wont change (even if i try) for the group? A friend of mine tried rejoining the group so that his newly change msn screen name could take effect...but it didnt. Thanks again.

Thats something to do with msn , cause if i try change my chat name in groups on ie , it gives me the same name still

the tg grabber should get the info if you read the instructions

if ya still have problems get vincula tg , as that includes the grabber

With the tggrabber you need to have a nickname inside the nickname box at the top of the dialog.
