about displays

i was wondering, where are the Messengers contacts' custom emoticons and displays pictures are saved on my PC ?

i used to have some display pics/emoticons retriever but the freaky author infected the exe file with the WebHancer spyware, and the NdotNet adware ..so i was wonderin how can i get the png saved files manually

File might be set as hidden so you'll have to set to view hidden files to access it.

Most everything is stored in the .dat's so it's a little bit harder to get JPG and GIF's out of there.

either that or they go in your temp internet files. Cause i've noticed a few times after flushing out my temp internet files, all of the custom avartars that are displayed next to people's nicks aren't there anymore.
