Viper is coming back

FlashIRC server has crossed minimum standards I require for Viper and I've started to work on Viper 4.0 with built-in support for FlashIRC server. Integrating with FlashIRC server helps to make viper easier to install, no more connection dll hassle, and more control to add features like interactive games.

Can someone place the link where I can dl the viper. I'm not having much success

with hybrid, I can't seem to get the necessary help I need, and I used viper years

ago and am hoping I can at least remember some things about that. When I tried

to dl it from a couple of the places on this site, it comes back saying something is

wrong to contact the agent. whatever that means...does anyone have an updated

dl? easy instructions on what has to be dl to make viper work as well as what files

etc need to be replaced would be wonderful too....

This is the DL page here, and i just looked it over, as far as i can see it has everything you will need, i also DL'd a file to make sure and it worked fine

Viper is actually a bot, its more stable than any script i have used, i can run Viper non-stop for over 2 weeks and its still fine, i could never reach that in scripts, ive tried, and its faster than any script in doing the simple things like accessing the room table, its a walk in the park with Viper and your already working on the list while scripts are still load the table. It might not have the flexability of a script but what it does it does better than any script ive used.

i liked viper...it did the job, and once in the room, i never had a problem

with it...i really had fun with it...only..its been years and i can't remember

the remedies in the initial installation process.

i can get the bot in bot mode, and i can get in the room, but im a spec.,

i need someone to get on messenger and walk me thru that part....

any takers? lol

Viper is not dead, nor is DomXT2, they both work very well if you know how to. I have used Viperbot since 3.80 and have always had Viper in my chatrooms and community. I too think Viper is far better than most if not all scripts out there, ohhhh I hear you say

oh i love my viper, it is great, but i have to say GD5 is far better than viper and easier to set and use.

I have great respect for the viper script and what JJ does. He's an awesome programmer, and he's a very nice guy, i know cause i've talked with him. There are only a few people who i back as much as i do GD5, and JJ is one of them. But it is good to see that GD5 is now at that point where it's one of the greats, but there is still much more work that can be done, and in time things will improve with GD5.

Well Gate Keeper, I have your GD5 running side by side in one of my 2 chat rooms still today. JJ dose some great work.

Wonder if there is any way to make a viper type connection minus all the room mode changing features, that would push all the cookie information into the irc server of your choice so that your msn nick and profile information show up. So that you could distribute the download amongst friends, and run the actual irc server yourself. By looking at it, it seems possible.
