Alittle Help PL

Could someone pl help me unable to connect to my chat room @ msn I log in no problem when I click chat it goes to that page it says connecting to server please wait thats it nothing else tried many times with both Firefox & IE7. Can connect with no problem to room with GardDog Bot?

If I click on explorer tools then pro. in general tab click view objects there is nothing there.

I went back to my room clicked chat I see the smily face does not ask me to download anything, again please wait but know error messenger Network problems are preventing from connecting & I click retry still nothing

firefox wont run it because it dosent support activex scripting, with IE7 you may need to allow the activex chat control for it to run.

actually FireFox will allow it if you download some file that MSN asks you to download so MSN can open .. but for I.E .. try to remove the chat control and re-installing it again by joining a room

yea you can download it but it wont run it unless you have a 3rd party extension which i wouldn't reckomend using..

ok I delated that awlful IE7 got just IE6 so I can use it with the best Firefox

I found the problem IE is not downloading the MSN chat software,but I have it the thing it will not allow me to paste it in the windows/download folder for IE

Anyway to add it to this folder?
