Reading Closed Captioning From Cd?

I was wondering if this is possible? The reason I would like an addon like this is because I would like to see an addon where you can mute the CD you are watching from your pc's cd-rom whenever it spots certain words in the closed captioning. I'm currently about to start on an addon that will make a window in mirc to where you can watch your cd movies.

It may be possible using COM objects, otherwise, I couldn't really see a way in doing it.

The windows media player object model has functions to do with closedcaptioning. I never knew what closed captioning was so I never took a look at it, but you understand how to use $com it might be worth taking a look at the object model documentation on Microsoft's website.
