I have to agree with you but wheres the link for clearmsn and how do I put it in Hybrid hon ?

Will msn cookie grabber work ? It has subscriber info on it ?if so then I can just copy and paste info in Hybrid ......I aint sure how to put msn clear in bot yet .But if this cookie grabber dont work thats my next step.

ok I copied and pasted the msn cookie grabber in my Hybrid folder but.......theres no place to put subscriber info in Hybrid passport........shouldn't that be there hon ?

mine has :

update passport info (fast)

yeah there isnt. because when do an passport update it gets for you.

the vincula that originally comes with hybrid is not edited to use the subscriberinfo. therefore it doesnt matter if you have the cookie or not, the connection can't use it. and you can't use a connection in subscription rooms unless it can use subscriberinfo. you have to get a new connection.

WHAT ALL WILL CLEAR MSN DO ? WILL IT REMOVE MESSANGER ETC.....OR JUST MAKE A DIFFERENT CONNECTION ? AND IF SO HOW DO I GET THAT NEW CONNECTION IN HYBRID > DO I GO TO OPTIONS AND CLICK ON + CONNECT AND FILL IN THE NEW CONNECTION AND IF SO WILL THAT INFO COME WITH ME DOWNLOADING MSN CLEAR ?

HUGGSSSSS !!

to replace vincula with clearmsn...

1) download the file, and extract its contents into a folder inside your script folder.

2) open script

3) press ctrl+R to open the remote scripts editor

4) click 'view' at the top, select vincula.mrc

5) click 'file' at the top, select "unload"

6) close script, and open it again. then press ctrl+R again to open the editor.

7) click 'file' at the top, select "load"

8) navigate to the folder you put clearmsn into, and double-click clearmsn54.mrc

9) when you are asked if you want to run initialization commands, click YES.

10) enter your passport information (it will ask you automatically)

11) the script will update your passport automatically with everything you need, then connect to the MSN lookup servers, and tell you when that is finished.

after this is all finished, to join a room, right-click in the script window, go to ClearMSN Main Menu>View Room List>select category to view. the room list opens up. find the room you want to join. double click on the room you want, and away you go.

as for other things clearmsn will do for you:

- decodes unreadable nicknames automatically so you can read them

- provides various protections for you and your room

- still doesn't make you a cake. sorry.

OK I HAVE ANOTHER QUIESTION, HOW DO I GET THE BOT TO HAVE GOLD? WHEN I TYPE /PASS AND PUT THE CODE IN THE CODE SHOW'S UP IN THE ROOM WITH MSN CLEAR......ALSO CAN HYBRID NOW CREATE A ROOM AND IT BE LISTED WITH MSN CLEAR ?

the /pass command should function normally. if it doesnt, you can either find the following in one of hybrid's remote script files...

alias pass {
blah blah blah blah
}

and delete it. but i dont suggest messing with that unless you know what youre doing. the other thing you could do is... instead of using the /pass command, use this command:

//mode $me +h <roomkeyhere>

and yes, you can use ClearMSN to create rooms. use the command /msn.makeroom to do that. if you want it on the list, make sure you select the right category from the dropdown box at the bottom of the create room dialog.
