the /write admin.txt, i hope can save utf-8 code ! how can do that !?

A better way of phrasing it would be:

How can I save txt files as UTF-8 rather than the desfault ANSI?

I don't think you can unless there's a dll that allows you to. As for the actual type, the only difference I've found is that UTF-8 adds 3 bytes - why would you want to save it as UTF.

coz' utf-8 can read chinese, lol

mirc doesnt support utf8 at all, and you can't save utf8 as it is to text files at all. if you're trying to save the ascii-encoded version of utf8 that msn servers send (the unreadable gibberish stuff) then you have to first convert it to a hex value, then save the hex value to the text file, and convert it back when you retrieve it from the text file.

if you're using vincula or clearmsn, you can use $msn.tohex(<text>) to turn it into hex, and $msn.unhex(<hexvalue>) to turn it back.

Requested your excellency gives me an example to use to demonstrate may,

Because I did not understand to the $msn.tohex and $msn.unhex usage, PLZ !

;writing to the text file
write -a file.txt $msn.tohex(info)

;reading from the text file, where X is the line number
$msn.unhex($read(file.txt,X))

Like This ???!!

write -a admin.txt $msn.tohex $address($$1,1)

should be:

write -a admin.txt  $msn.tohex($address($$1,1))
