nickname in msn groups

hey guys, many change the profile nickname but the chat nickname in the groups never change so is not there anyway to reserve the nickname as we used to do before to have same nickname in msn paid chat rooms and group chat rooms?

i think the only way you can control that is you make it so that your profile name becomes reserved, but even then, i don't think that would do it. But the profile nick is a little different than the group nick, so i'm not exactly 100% sure how it all works.

can't change your nickname in msn groups. ive tried it a billion times, there's no way. msn just kinda sucks that way. o well.

yeah i've tried more than once myself. It just takes you back to your msn chat nick and you can change it a hundred times and it's still gonna be the same in groups.

If you make an new account you can change your group nick. I think its twice an day, not sure.

when you make a new account now, it auto reserved your nickname and you cant change it

Well I guess they must of changed something, cause most of my accounts, the group chat nickname changes.

I have seen other people do it a few time. They changed their groups nickname. But after awhile they couldnt do it. I think you should be able to chage the nickname. Thats why there is so many users using scripts now...

id jus make a new account and use my new nick wiv that and join the group cuz i cant see no alternate way, or like morph3us said try using scripts, much easier
