ok i finally got it ! but the problem is that i was chating to myself in msn chatroom ! so i when i look my Status and it looks like this...

no permissions to perform command sounds like Hyrbid is trying to do something when it joins (for example, add itself to access) that it can only do when op'd.

Check your menu bar to see whats activated and if its anything 2 do with onjoin. You may also want 2 check ur connection control panel to.

ok i dont' know what ya mean because i look every menu bar and look the whole thing....and Molson , where do i put this vincula ezr at ? when i download it and i had to extract vincula.mrc but i look in hybrid folder there are addon, download, etc...which one is it ?

no no, he needs his userrole. Read the Hybrid Manual located in Hybrid's directory. It will tell you the steps to take to join a room.
