Connection Pls

Hellos

I have just downloaded the sercencer v3 final script from rumbaar, however i need a connection, could someone please tell me the best connection for it it seems it keeps giving me this,

* $dll: unable to open 'C:\SercencerV3Eng\nHTMLn_2.92.dll' (line 846, mirc.ini)

or this

[ 17:30:04 ] * Unable to connect to server (Connection timed out)

-

[ 17:30:07 ] * Connect retry #19 irc.dal.net (6664)

Please if someone could help me out with a connection and some answers

download VINCULA and place the nHTMLn_2.92.dll in the folder where the error occurs

Ty for a fast reply i have downloaded the vincula but where do i put that file nHTMLn_2.92.dll, this is the only thing that is troubling me
