hey guys, I checked playing files commands but did not find any command to pause the play?

I want only to pause the play by command then continue the play by another command, is not there any way?

try a search in the mirc help file, look for mp3 i think the info is in there

thank you seph but I did not mean sould files. I am talking about .txt, dat and .ini

you can NOT pause and play .txt, dat and .ini files

you can only pause and play sound files

My code does NOT have bugs. It just develops random features.

oh ok ozzy and thank you

I thought that we can because when you type /play in edit box, you get a dialog and it has Pause button so I thought that maybe there is a command for that.

I never did get what the /play command was for

The /play command acts like the $read. It reads from a particular file that you specify.

yup.. I was playing with it last night. Comes in handy in chat when someone is looking for a bunch of tutorials and people like me have saved tutorial links in a text file
