LOCKED OUT OF HOTMAIL

Please understand this, when i change my password or secret question, or have msn change it, THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!!! please don't send me an e-mail on how to change my password, or anything like that, that will not work!! AND NO ONE HAD STOLEN MY PASSWORD, THEY DON'T KNOW IT, I CAN CHANGE IT MANY TIMES, OR HAVE MSN DO IT WILL NOT HELP!!!!!!!

there is a hacker he told me my e-mail address, this is how he pings my account and locks me out! he pings my account, the account that is locked now, i get this every time,

Msn safe guards peoples hotmail accounts, will lock it up if there is to many failed attempts on your passwords, this hacker HAS a program to hack my account since he know my e-mail, it is acting like it's signing in over and over again; pinging or looping it, locking me out,

I can not sign into my e-mail account, msn messenger, or chat now, there must be a way to reset my account from this looping or pinging me, or safe guard my account , this is the second time he has done this to me now, and it is for days i am locked out of my account!!! waiting it out will not work until he releases it!!! or msn can fix this, that's it!!!!!!!!!!! right???????

NOT A PASSWORD STEALER IT'S A LOOPING PROGRAM THAT LOCKS YOU OUT, DOES NOT MATTER IF I SIGN INTO OTHER PC, WILL,NOT WORK!!!! i have no problem getting into my other hotmail accounts because he does not know those e-mails! I AM PAYING FOR THIS ACCOUNT, I SHOULD BE GETTING MORE HELP, MSN MUST CHANGE THE WAY HOTMAIL PEOPLE SIGN IN, THE LOCK OUT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED, THIS PROGRAM IS NOW ON THE INTERNET FOR ANYONE TO LOCK OUT OTHERS ACCOUNTS!!!!!! THIs will soon be a BIG PROBLEM IF MSN DOES NOT FIX IT!!!! anyone know how to unfreez it, i tried one little program, it was like 6k size, did not work! thanks!! PLEASE HELP ME!, MSN IS NO HELP!! :-(

Get in touch with the people who are authorised to help you and more to the point can.

And if its not a passport stealer... its not a hack or hack attempt. a hack would be inside your accont and screwed u over alot more by this point in time.
