banned

every time i am trying to join it rooms that message appears so any one know reason? but i cant join by that mail normal with out script

Have you tried to join other rooms? It might be that someone has your address banned either by accident, or for some other reason. If you can join other rooms then it isn't a server problem then.

i tried alot with other rooms & i created other all failed

Look at your nick your trying to using "Malak_Bot" you cant use nicknames like that, that's why your getting that message.
