Why??!!

when flooder enter da room my script doesnot kick it while if i put the addon of flooder protection in other script it's working , changed vincula 2 nothing happened just working on other scripts so may any thing missed ? file missed or wrong addon ? but i tried unloaded all addons from da script just protection and vincula only and still doesnot working...

Try unloading and reloading the protection, it may need to set variables.

Cant advise much more without seeing the code.

unloading other files not protection only cause i though may there are some things wrong in them so i tried it alone with the vincula but doesnot work
