Guarddog Not Able To Chat Or Use

I have vers 4.4 GD , Win xp pro, 3.1g 300ghd 1g mem. 1g modem sp

Not able to talk In chat using gd, or see or use the nicklist, what is wrong?

make sure you have updated your passport info and sub info [from the menu, Vincula Options > Update Passport Information + SubscriberInfo...] to get into subscription chat.

for groups, do the same, but instead, select Update Passport Information + UserRole...

in the box, if you've updated the group's userrole previously, it is there in the drop down, otherwise use the radio button and click add new group, and put in the new group name there.

Eerm, Not my problem, , My problem is I see people type in room, but when I type nothing Happens, also when some one comes in room after I'm in room they don't show up on list and I can't do any action when I right click on name.

so your typing doesn't appear on the MSN chat screens? if so, then you would need to update your sub info again. You can join a chatroom without have the correct subinfo, but you can't do anything in the room.
