On the chat I attend, through my IRC into MSN Groups, I suspect that there is a person using multiple passports accessing the chat to create multiple identities. Is there a way to use IRC to check the IP of a person, (a script or something).

you cant get someones ip on msn chat

My code does NOT have bugs. It just develops random features.

simply just keep banning them and set the groups to admin approval then you shouldnt have a problem
