yep both the links above provided will give you great information. The first is one i write which is more descriptive, the second one is more visual.

Well Probably I am not the best person here giving you advices, since I have been having problems with the same script as you are.

But one important thing that you should do after you download the script and have it ready to go is.

See the script's menu bar, and click where it says Kenobi commands. Once you have displayed the commands list select Vincula main nenu and go to change vincula settings. Once there your choice would be the tag where it says passport.

Put your name, your nick, click the little box where it says leave the nick as it is. Then put your e-mail address and your pass (Don't you worry nobody will get your pass) then put your profile male if you are male or select there what best describes you then click o.k.

Then go to the room using the nick that you will use in the script and get the MSNREGCookie and the User Role for that nick( read the TG007' tutorial section to get those), once you get those go back to your script and go to the vincula main menu and select the option edit passport for.

paste there the MSNREGCookie click o.k and go back to the vincula main menu and select update passport info(fast).

Then go get your user role, go one more time to edit passport info and paste there the user role. Go another time to vincula main menu select join room (groups) click on the choice Normal put the name of your group in that windows it should looks like this g_nameofyourgrouphere. and click o.k.

If for some reason you didn't join the first time go to the vincula main menu and look for resent joined room and click the name of your room there.

the name of your room you can get it from your group e-mail address. just copy the bit just before the @groups.msn.com.

the next time that you use your script you won't have to do the passport info in the vincula settings. But you will have to go and get your user role and put it in manually since they (MSN people) changes it everyday.

Well My first problem about fill up my passport with my information is over now thank you but its still there is a problem consisting of dealling with my script something called addons & admins &bla bla bla.... & creating my own commands to use at the chats all of that will take more time & more money eny way I wanna ask for more easly script to use not complex like Kenobi I didn't find cool script in the download page of this gr8 web site(*) The second thing that I wanna ask for is a source of big screen chat I can use it on my group I created one in my group but it seems that its not working sometimes in Xp windows...

all ya have to do is press the buttons to turn things on and off

you cant get much easier than that or is it that you want a script that will do everything for you , including making your coffee lol

i agree... theres no other easier way then buttons with ON and OFF

mimo, i'm guessing that you haven't been around scripting that long so yea. i'll get started by saying welcome to the scripting world. Anyways, Kenobi is one of the easiest scripts to use, it is very easy to access things you want to use. The thing i'd recommend is trial and error. Test something, see what it does, and if you don't like it, turn it off and try the next thing. You don't need to make your own commands, kenobi has all the required ones built into it. Anyways, if you want to start learning mirc scripting, try typing the following in any of the windows.

/help basic commands

/help if then else

these 2 will give you a good start on learning mirc scripting. Once you get pick up these skills try other areas of the /help section.

Change or Update ?

Change the userrole is not possible, Update the userrole automatillicy is also not possible.(not yet )..

You still have to use webchat to grab the Userrole .

Try the MSN joiner V3 from Petertjes his group... Very easy to grab the Userrole

To tell you the truth Kenobi script has been one of my all the time favorites, actually pretty much every script made by ozzy I have the idea that it will be great.

But the Final version of Kenobi got me all frustrate. I can't make it work

Although join only if I change the Vincual file. But that is not the point. I should be able to join just like it is

in kenobi v4 final

fill in your passport details and do fast update, then send it to join the room , which it wont do , then leave script as it is and go in the group room with internet explorer

view source and get the reg cookie and the user role and add them in the boxs where you add passport details

once in close the box by clicking ok

now make the script join your group

and it should join this time

I haven't tried that yet but I will let you know how it goes once I try it.
