scripts??????

well msn said i had a corrupt settings in my accounts,so i deleted them all and then re-added them,so i did,deleted some scripts also,and re-DL them,they still won`t connect,seems as they are reading them as non-subcriber account,which they are not,cos all accounts that i have,,,,,,can open rooms with them.open a room and put my other accounts in there ,so they are all paid accounts,so i don`t know why the scripts,won`t open,also i cked all windows updates,,and i am all updated.....i have used all kinds of updaters and they still wont update the subcribe.info.......so iam totaly lost here........i still get this when opeing a script..../sockwrite: 'sub.( my [email protected]' not connected (line 4274, vincula.mrc)

Luke post us a screenshot of what those scripts are doing at startup, so we can see what its doing and maybe we can help you solve this problem. Is it even loading the main & group lookup servers? Try joining a room as a guest and see if it will connect.

Then Re-Install Windows Luke, Don't Re-format (Keeps Your Files)

Time to Re-Install And Up date, Average 4 Hours with DSL or Higher

Lol well i have this same problem at times and still do all i did was click [file] option on the top...then clicked [connect] then [disconnect] then typed in /msn.resetocx and just wait till u see the * Main Lookup server connection established

oh my fault.......but u did click (file) on the top......and hit(connect)+(disconnect) then reset your server.............................well like i said i have the same problem and that right there fixes it for me........after all this comes up try them options i have put up there

I never seen someone have so much trouble. Why not try a different vincula and turning off your firewall.

oh i see well im sorry lucky but it looks like it connects on start...just to make sure....try this..click file...options then connect..then option again make sure its not set to connect on start up...then reset your server once again....i have used that one and had alot of problems with it.... it would not connect and it would do the same exact thing you are posting.....so i just removed it.......now im still using the original vincula by koz and havent had any problems with it just yet.....even tho it says updating passport blah please wait...i always make sure i click update its just a habit.......even tho it will not update your info.....i just give it a few secs then join a room..............and yes it lets me join

Luke i think your problems are in your Vincula settings and Mirc Options. Open up your vpassport.dat file in the Vincula folder and see if it has all the info in their like your nick, password, ticket, cookie, profile , sub info, user role, and all that good stuff. It has something to do with your connection settings.

could it be couse he got expired Mirc?
