experts,

i get this error everytime i try connecting any script to any of the msn group rooms

what can i do for that please help me out the error is stated below

what script are you using?

I get that to from time to time but i find if you reboot it works fine

if your getting it lately, it's not anything of your problem, it's just MSN stuffing with you. With them changing their server settings and constantly resetting them, you are bound to run into that problem. If you get that message, just reset the lookup servers.

Hey man me using Os 98, now which firewall setting are you ppl talking bout, i disabled my antivirus, the IE security setting i set it to low.

help me out by guiding which firewall shud i set to low

it happens when i use any script, and secondly the reset server doesnt work

the connection only doesnt connect to the server

Do NOT advise people to lower there anti virus/firewall settings as you should be able to use your script as your anti virus/firewall is set.

I have NEVER had to lower ,my settings to get a script working.

Make sure when asked that you make the firewall allow the script or it will never connect, this is normally what is wrong

'msn.look.comm' not connected in vincula line some times happens all you do is close the Mirc and restart it normally gets rid of that error so long as your cookies are all updated correctly..

Ozzy can you lower your Security settings please
