Unable to connect to server (Connection timed out)
One of my mates keep's getting this error trying to connect to usualsuspects.no-ip.org irc server.
I've never had this problem when trying to connect.
anyone have any idea's what might be wrong ?

make sure your using the correct port
My code does NOT have bugs. It just develops random features.
yes the port is correct (6667)
Server online? corrct address? No typos? (mispelt words), is he / she currently banned from the server?
