I'm sure I'm missing something simple in this.

 on *:TEXT:*:*:{ { if (%nick === name) goto location } | else {

I want it not to do any action if I'm typing in room user posted image

If you're typing in a room it won't do anything anyway. If you want it so that specific nicknames are ignored then use something like:

on 1:text:*:#:{ command }

The one I think you were trying to do was:

on *:text:* {
 if ($nick isin %nicks) { goto ignore }
 else { command | goto end }
 :ignore
 command.for.nicks
 :end
}

I understand all but where the value comes from in %nicks ? If I was typing in room whould that be my nick name? %nicks == MyName?

on *:text:* {
if ($nick isin %nicks) { goto end }
else { command | goto ignore }
:ignore
on *:TEXT:*hi all*:*:msg # S \rTahoma;0 $read(TEXT\Hi.txt) $+

command.for.nicks
:end
}

The on text event is used when others type something, and won't work whenever you type something. If you want an event to work whenever you type something you will need to use an on input event.

on *:input:#:{
 code here
}

on *:TEXT:*hi all*:*:msg # S \rTahoma;0 $read(TEXT\Hi.txt) $+
}

That will be all you need. Again, the on text event won't do anything whenever you type. However, the on input event will work whenever you type.

Is that for if I type in my script? Or on my Name in the room and the script ignores me typing hi all ? I'm not typing in my Bot any more, Like I use to, this is why for the change, I have my own normal msn nickname with my script in room.

Ahh, so in other words if you are using internet explorer with a different passport, and you type the name of your passport using the script you don't want it to do anything. Just when others say your scripts name. Okay, here is the code...

;%nicks being your internet explorer nickname
on *:text:*:*: {
if ($nick != %nicks) { msg # S \rTahoma;0 $read(TEXT\Hi.txt) $+
}

Not my exployer, In MSN Chat, My Nick Name so I'll try it with my nick name

;%nicks EagleNest

But I think I lost the on text line here

on *:TEXT:*hi all*:*:msg # S \rTahoma;0 $read(TEXT\Hi.txt) $+

}

Ok Tried that, and it's not working, it don't reconize any one else, but does not take action when i type, what I want it to do, But I need to act on when some else say hi all

There are a couple of ways to do this then.

on *:text:*hi all*:*: {
if ($nick == eaglenest) halt else { msg # S \rTahoma;0 $read(TEXT\Hi.txt) $+
}

Or

on *:text:*hi all*:*: {
if (eaglenest isin $nick) halt else { msg # S \rTahoma;0 $read(TEXT\Hi.txt) $+
}

Just change your nick to however it is in the room and it should work.

Ok I change all the lines with the code and it didn't work, I also reloaded Installed a fresh christan eithic script, and tride it, I tride both posted, and it didn't work, nothing happens now ,

on *:TEXT:*wut up room*:*:{ if (EagleNest isin $nick) halt else { msg # S \rTahoma;0 $read(TEXT\Hi.txt) $+  }
 on *:TEXT:*any one wanna*:*:{ if (EagleNest isin $nick) halt else { msg $chan . ,,,,,,,,,, Welcome ...... }
   on *:TEXT:*whats up room*:*:{ if (EagleNest isin $nick) halt else { msg # S \rTahoma;0 $read(TEXT\Hi.txt) $+  }
     on *:TEXT:*shut up bot*:*:/{ if (EagleNest isin $nick) halt else { msg $chan . ,,,,,,,,,, Make me $nick LoL (@) | /mode -o -q -v $nick }

ect.........

Fusterating that something so simple can be so hard

Bracket mismatches will do that. Try the following code now.

on *:TEXT:*wut up room*:*: { if (EagleNest isin $nick) halt else { msg # S \rTahoma;0 $read(TEXT\Hi.txt) $+  } }
on *:TEXT:*any one wanna*:*: { if (EagleNest isin $nick) halt else { msg $chan . ,,,,,,,,,, Welcome ...... } }
on *:TEXT:*whats up room*:*: { if (EagleNest isin $nick) halt else { msg # S \rTahoma;0 $read(TEXT\Hi.txt) $+  } }
on *:TEXT:*shut up bot*:*: { if (EagleNest isin $nick) halt else { msg $chan . ,,,,,,,,,, Make me $nick LoL (@) | /mode -o -q -v $nick } }

Can any one else try this on there script, It's almost like it don't reconize the command, I even changed the Halt to msg test else and it don't even do a thing, I can't see anything wrong way it's writen, By all accounts it should work

The 2 not dependent upon a text file work fine now.

on *:TEXT:*wut up room*:*: {
 if (EagleNest isin $nick) halt else {
   msg # S \rTahoma;0 $read(TEXT\Hi.txt) $+
 }
}
on *:TEXT:*any one wanna*:*: {
 if (EagleNest isin $nick) halt else {
   msg $chan . ,,,,,,,,,, Welcome ......
 }
}
on *:TEXT:*whats up room*:*: {
 if (EagleNest isin $nick) halt else {
   msg # S \rTahoma;0 $read(TEXT\Hi.txt) $+
 }
}
on *:TEXT:*shut up bot*:*: {
 if (EagleNest isin $nick) halt else {
   msg $chan Make me $nick LoL (@) | mode $chan -o | mode $chan -q $nick | mode $chan -v $nick
 }
}
