hey ppl i have a friend that has msn and is running windows xp,just recently when she gets online and opens a room and puts her script in it,bout after 1 to 2 hrs online she says her computer freezes up and the color is some what distorted,says her computer wont do or go no where,she shuts down and it gets back online and the same thing happens time after time,she has ran her spyware(spy doc) and removed spyware off her computer,she has ran a malicous virus scanner and found none on her computer,and also the stinger,she has clean disk,deleted-cookies,temp file and history,and defragged and tried the restore,which didnt work..she still has the same problem..any ideals what maybe wrong and how to solve the problem...any help i can pass along to her will be appreciated

tell her to go to settings, control panel, and to power schemes and make sure the settings are properly set.

Sound like her memory get's low, Or and Her video card memory is to low. Or Memory chips is damaged. Try shutting down all aplications, and just run the script alone. if it stays online longer, then she need to increase her memory, If it still stops after two hours, try a diffrent memory chip. Also try to re install video card drivers, and check if there any updates.
