Vincula Room Creator - /rc.makeroom

I'm kinda lost, well that's nothing new to all that know me, But can you help here?

I'm sure it's simple.

Places I underline, is that where I put the user and sub numbers at?

in vincula your vars to save your subinfo and userrole should match the file vars

%msnpp.subinfo

%msnpp.userrole

if not then you need to change either the file vars or the vincula vars

In some Vinculas, such as N'Gen3, the var for subscriberinfos are %msnpp.subscriberinfo instead of %msnpp.subinfo. It will be best to check to see which var the Vincula you use uses.

I deleted the

%msnpp.subinfo
%msnpp.userrole

And used tg's grabber and put my info in. Question I have though how often do we have to change these values? But hell it worked. Another Q, is it supposed to keep the room info once it is added? I made a test room, set this up. Let the room close then tried it. I had to re-enter all the info again.

If you are using vinculaTG and you have not edited your vincula file you can use this file to enable The GateKeeper's addon.

yes, reason the variables are configed to VinculaTG is because i used VinculaTG to test this addon with.

ok. i been tryign to work at this all day. I do nto know what to look for or what to edit. I keep gettintg no such file 'C:\Documents and Settings\Dave\My Documents\DLs\GuarDDog4.4FULL\GuarDDog\VincRC.mrc

don't worry about vincula room creator for GuarDDog v. 4. Please wait (max a month) for the release of GuarDDog v. 5. It will have all these fixes in it.

If you are trying to load Vincula jsut the normal "/load -rs <vinculadirectory> won't work if Vincula is in folders containing spaces in the name. Copy this code, and paste it, and it should work then...

//load -rs $shortfn($findfile($mircdir,VincRC.mrc,1))

Copy all of the above code, paste it, and press the ENTER key, and it should work.
