update failed But ......

i cant update any passport in da vincula cause its saying:

[update failed (Please recheck information and try again.) ]

:S while my friend is doing it with same one and same emails :S??! any one have any idea about this?( i am sure from all informations)

What version of Vincula are you using ? If its an old one update to Vincula TG or Vincula NGen 3.1.

nop man i sent it to my friend to try it & its update ok no problems wit him but withh ask for recheck my information even i am sure from pass email...etc

i didnt fix it but i noticed some one did that in alot of things... But its working good with other

as i think its vincula Neo 4.9 EZR 4.5 .. the connection doesn't established 2.

Try either Vincula TG, or Vincula Ngen3.1. Both work very well.

warrior i am using neo 4.5 and its working very good with me but this a new one cant established or even update cause any email i try to put it n da passport say failed recheck ur information so just if any one 've idea abot that and i will try
