Need help with passport updater

Hey guys nice job on the cookies thing

i am getting a error when u try and get my groups

it is only happens to one of my passports

needs to be msn.com or hotmail.com passport

and ya need to get group list before updating and select a group

after that its auto

okay, have you tried to update your passport info first? It looks like it is trying to update your userrole before updating your passport. Refresh your ticket, and profile first, and then try to update the userrole.

Just read the file "read first" and you should be able to get it functional.

Ozzy and err0r are busy with other things, and put in time when they can. But for the mean time, you can use my passport updater.

For your efforts with Ozzy and Error on helping us get thru this latest unannounced msn chat server changes. I went ahead and dumped my customized Vincula 4.9 and installed the Vincula Neo 4.9 EZR 5.03p which included your well done and appreciated updater. Its working perfectly, the EZR controls are alittle different but I'm happy to be back online again.

I had hopes for acouple days of getting a copy of Vincula Rage 2.5 ocx-less connection to function but despite that connection telling me it updated the passport information and everything looked good, the script would drop out before it entered the room everytime. I hope someday to move to such a ocx less Vincula connection script which might prove to be more immune to msn's frequent overhauls.

Zarabanda, can you tell us exactly what happened whenever you used Vincula Rage 2.5? Was it giving you any error messages, or anything?

Yes I know this post is a little old. After the Msn changes i tried to use Rage but upon loading the .MRC file i found my mIRC in an infinite loop of restarting..

try guarddog or kenobi , both those seam to work with little or no problems and kenobi uses vincula and guarddog uses its own connection
