this seems not to work whats wrong?

your missing all the enters

the code should be like this

#nowhisper off

on *:TEXT:*:?: {
 if ($nick == %whispered) {
   access $comchan($nick,1) add DENY *! $+ $$ial($nick).addr 15
   kick $comchan($nick,1) $nick flowering, Quit whispering me, Jude. 
   unset %whispered closemsg $nick
 }
 else {
   kick $comchan($nick,1) $nick flowering, Quit whispering me, Jude. 
   set -u30 %whispered $nick closemsg $nick
 }
}

Make sure you put the enters and that in the correct places otherwise your code is useless.
