replacing icons

I made a few new icons using the program iconart, i just wondering how do i change the switchboard icons and that actual icon that appears on the mirc window title bar?

I tried using res hacker but, when i replaced the icons and saved it. the .exe would not work any longer. its like it would still be there, but it would not execute and run/open mirc anymore. had to use a copy that it made. suggestions?

in mIRC 6.16, if you modify anything using things like resource hacker, you wont be able to use it.

Only way you can do it is by using a dll to change it, or making your own.
