Msn group chat not working?

For some reason msn group chat doesnt work for me. I've tried many things, deleting files, turning of firewalls, antivirus, security, etc. I even contacted msn and they didnt reply to me. Whenever i go into chat i get an error message like this "Network Problems Are Preventing You From Connecting To The Chat Service, Please Try Again Later " after a while when its saying please wait connecting to server. I use internet explorer....and i tried mozilla firefox and it still dont work. i've been in there before, but all of a sudden it stopped workin. Its been like this for months now. If any1 kno's wuts wrong with my computer or msn or w/e please help

You can try this whether it helps I dont know but it does for me go to my computer and local Disk (C:) double click that and then open WINDOWS folder in there you will find a folder with an internet explore icon on it called Downloaded Program files. Double click it and in it you will find MSN Chat Control click on the MSN Chat Control and remove and when you go to join a MSN Group Room it will ask you to download activex. that is what I do and I hope that helps you out.

nah that didnt work. But thanks anyways. I think i got ip banned from msn chat by a bot or by msn for using a bot or somethin........is there a way to get around the ip ban. I thought of anonymous proxy but that didnt work on account u cant login....but is there a bot that can get me in the chat anonymously ip wise.......

There are rarely, if ever, IP bans set on the MSN Groups Chat Servers. I'm almost certain this is not your problem. However, I don't know what your problem might be. Sorry.

A bot, no matter how powerfull can only ban you from its own room, it cannot ban your from all of msn.

MSN will not ban you just for using a bot, you will have to have done something very bad with it, for instance taking over rooms. If you have incured the wrath of a sysop it is unlikely to be permante, and there is nothing you can do to get around it. (and if there was i wouldnt tell you )

Smokeythebear what have you done to upset msn as DalienX has said it looks like you have been a bad (Boy/Girl) I do agree with DalienX there isnt a bot that I know of that can beat a Sysops as for msn once they have your ip and im not here to advice (bad people ) look at your server for a new ip but remember you was a (Bad Boy/Girl) now you are a (Good Boy/Girl) learn from the lessons that msn have incurred on you and take the straight and narrow road Stick by the msn Code Of Conduct

Well if you feel guilty for something bad you have done while you are in a chat room doesn't mean you will get ban from the MSN chat service. However if you have done well then don't do it anymore.

But I don't think you will get IP baned from their chat service. If they want to get rid of you I think they would shut you account off. Why don't you try to get in to chat from a different PC maybe that will help you to find out.

If you get connected to internet from work your boss probably has set something on in PC's at the office.
