Having problems with Viperbotkick/re-join

I cannot seem ot get the Viper database to use the revenge kick, and the kick/re-join commands. I have them 'ticked'., they just don;t seem to work. Can anyone help with this please.

Now, advertisement is working, but not saying what I told it too.....Man, I need an Advil and a 12-pack:|
